What is V18?

We rent sports equipment. Included in all of our rentals is delivery service and pickup service in San Francisco and some surrounding areas.

Where do you deliver?

San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, Millbrae, San Mateo. We deliver to homes, Airbnb's, hotels, the beach.

May I use two different addresses to receive and return my rental?

Yes, as long as both are within the delivery range.

Can I pickup and drop off rentals myself?

Yes. Here is our address:

Am I liable for equipment if someone steals it from me or if it breaks?

The financial cost of unreturned or damaged rental gear is to be determined fairly at our sole discretion. The financial cost to replace the unreturned or damaged gear will be paid by the customer. Normal wear and tear are definite factors that we will consider when assessing damage.

Can I cancel my booking?

Please un-book your rental at least 24 hours before the delivery to receive a full refund. A late cancellation fee of $15 is incurred after that. The cancellation date will be marked by the date on the email that we receive from you.

Can I extend a rental once I have booked it?

We would be glad to check our future bookings calendar to see if its possible without taking inventory away from another v18 customer. Please call us and ask.

Why did you name the company V18?

The world's most difficult bouldering route is a single V17. The name V18 encompasses the notion that we are reaching towards the future, embracing the outdoors, and spectacularly going where no one has gone before. And, its just a fun name to say.
